Ariel growth copper crystals in a brecciated matrix. This is a beautiful example of native copper crystals that have grown in the fractures of the local country rock. The rock has weathered away in places where you see can through the flat, intertwined, slightly iridescent, crystal groups. Especially beautiful when seen with magnification. |
