Highly lustrous and gemmy cinnamon brown grossular garnet crystals on a garnet matrix. Vesper Peak is a remote peak in the North Cascades which has produced some world class garnet specimens. They occur in a small skarn zone at the summit of this rugged peak. Mounted on a lucite stand. Weight with stand 40.0 grams. |
